"Meet you at the Pool" depicts an idyllic fantasy location for a beach holiday. The strong colours and sharply contrasting shadows allow the viewer to feel the heat of the summer's day. The blue waters of the swimming pool are inviting and one can picture themselves on a day bed or the brightly coloured deck chair. The ocean is a beautiful turquoise colour. The sky has some interesting clouds formations. The palm trees and beach umbrellas reflect in the cool water of the pool.
